Before joining Gartner Dataquest, Mr Tan was with TECH Semiconductor Singapore, where he supervised and led a team that handled new product qualification startup. Working in a highly advanced technological industry, he has acquired the key conceptual business insights of both the front- and back-end strategic operations.
